3D Model Icon and Animation

Using Nomad, I modeled and colored one of my characters. Then, I exported it to Blender where I animated the model spinning. Check out my art instagram here (soon to be updated!)

Laptop Stand

Two years ago, my laptop hinge broke. After months of having to prop my laptop up using a water bottle or pencil case, I finally decided that I could fix my problem— without paying for a hefty repair or a new laptop. Using Fusion 360, I modeled a laptop stand to be 3D-printed in White PLA. Measuring it to fit my laptop exactly, I designed conical hinges that would prop my laptop up at the perfect angle. Then, purely for design and fun, I laser-cut an Acrylic piece with an intricate design to attach to the hinges.

Laser-Cut Lantern

Using Fusion 360 and Adobe Illustrator, I modeled a finger-jointed lantern to be laser cut from Eucalyptus Ply and Acrylic. The result was held purely by tension, and had lattice hinges on the side that bend to let light through. Happy Lunar New Year!
